Deposits are non refundable under any circumstance. Your deposit is only transferable once if you cancel/reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours prior to your appointment time. In this case, you must reschedule within 3 months of your initial appointment date. Previous Clients that have not been seen in over 24 months will pay full price and consultation is required.  We have a 10 minute grace period, any arrival after will result in a $20 late fee. After 15 minutes your appointment will be cancelled and you will then have to reschedule. In the event that your appointment gets cancelled due to tardiness there will be a automatic rescheduling fee charge of $30.  We understand things out of our control may happen, it would be greatly appreciated if a 24 hour notice could be given to inform me that you may need to reschedule your appointment to another day or time. No call No shows will be charged 60% of service, if card declines you will no longer be able to re-book.  No show No call rebooking will be charged upfront prior to being placed on the schedule.
